Pre-Order Policy

All of our products are available exclusively through pre-order. This means that we do not carry in-stock inventory. Once you place an order, the item will be produced specifically for you.

Order Turnaround Time

Orders typically take 7–14 business days to process and prepare for shipment. We strive to ensure that all orders are shipped no later than 21 days from the date the order is placed.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination of your order and will be shown at checkout. Standard shipping rates apply, and may vary depending on your location.

Shipping Notifications

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when applicable).

Delays & Carrier Responsibility

Please note that occasional delays may occur due to high order volumes, supplier issues, or external factors such as weather or shipping carrier disruptions. Once your package has been mailed, The Sassy Divas is no longer responsible for it. It becomes the customer’s responsibility to contact the carrier service for any issues related to shipping delays, lost packages, damages, or delivery problems.
